We firmly believe that ongoing maintenance of piped gases systems is an essential requirement for both Medical and Industrial gases systems. For Medical sites, with the emphasis on life support, quarterly preventive maintenance visits are the norm supplemented by a 24 hour a day emergency call out service, which operates every day of the year. Our clients include NHS hospitals and Independent hospital groups as well as large veterinary practices.
Stricter interpretation of the legislation relevant to Industrial gases systems has led to an increased awareness of the requirements of a formal maintenance contract. We offer a variety of services ranging from 6 monthly visits to an annual inspection visit and pressure testing of systems.
The issuing of detailed reports and pressure test certificates enables the client to demonstrate compliance with the requirements of pressure systems and transportable gas containers regulations 1989 and other appropriate legislation such as BCGA code of practice CP6 which relates to the safe distribution and testing of Acetylene.
As a natural extension of this service we offer a facility for providing and upgrading written schemes of examination.
